The Tall Fence is a live work by Fyodor Pavlov-Andreevich. It was made for Rio Carnival, and is dedicated to his fellow artists and each and every one of the 1011 (as of 2024) political prisoners of Putin’s regime who’ve been placed behind bars in Russia for raising their voices against Putin and the Ukraine war.
